The Citrix password can be reset independently.
To do this, click on ACS.Toolbox under Tools in the Start menu and then on “Change Password”:

Then click on “Change Password”:

Set the new password according to the specified password policies.

 
 

Alternatively, the password can also be reset via the browser.

 

Open https://myworkspace.acscloud.eu and log in.

Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner and select “Account Settings.”

Now click on “Change Password” and then on “Next.”

Enter your old password and the new password twice.

If the password policy has been followed, the password change will be confirmed with the following message:
